Your home deserves craftsmen who treat it with the same care you do. We’re also trusted local specialists in conservatory roof conversions, built to the same exacting standard as every CSG project.
Wow! What can we say. Just had our double hipped conservatory roof replaced with a Guardian solid roof by Carrick & his team. The whole process ran like clock work. They arrived on time every day, materials were delivered day one & a great pair of lads (Jake & Ryan) working like 'trojans' each day. Completed quickly with minimum mess, with additional trades organised by Carrick arriving promptly when required. They even cleaned the conservatory down when finished. Seriously pleased with this project & without doubt a 100% recommendation. Our only issue...? We should have done this long ago. Conservatory now feels like an extension rather than a big 'greenhouse'. Both myself & 'Mrs P' are thrilled to bits. Thanks team CSG Plastics & build Ltd. 10 out of 10... Brilliant job & very professional.
Absolutely brilliant service! He came out quickly and fixed my window with no hassle at all. Super friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he's doing. The job was done quickly & efficiently. Really appreciate the effort and would 100% recommend to anyone needing window repairs. Thank you again!
Very professional + even carried out an additional job that wasn't on the to-do list. Would highly recommend & thanks once again!
Really good job and very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.
We have just had our old conservatory roof replaced with a new solid insulated Guardian roof by Carrick at CSG Plastics. The work was carried out by Jake and Ryan, who were on time every morning, polite and did a superb job in a most efficient and timely manner. Attention to detail, no mess, along with regular updates and communication from Carrick was a breath of fresh air and made the whole project stress free. Without hesitation, I would thoroughly recommend CSG Plastics. Thank you guys, Julie and I are so happy with our cosy conservatory.
Excellent attention to detail. From the outset of site survey a solution was found at the right price for what I wanted to achieve, would recommend.
Carrick and his team did a first class job installing new windows, & replacement porch roof. All work carried out to an excellent standard, now several months on and no problems have arisen. Will certainly recommend and use in future.
We are very pleased with our soffits, facias and guttering completed just before Christmas 2021. Jake and Josh did a great job. There were a couple of hiccups, but they were sorted quickly by Carrick. Thanks a lot, and best wishes for 2022.
When I started CSG Plastics & Build, I made a commitment to deliver the highest standards on every project, regardless of size. Fifteen years later, that promise guides everything we do.

CSG Plastics & Build is a family-run building and home improvement company based in Chorley, serving Bolton, Wigan and Preston since 2010. We design and install house extensions, conservatories, solid roof conversions, uPVC windows and doors, roofline (fascias, soffits and guttering), and landscaping and paving across Lancashire and the North West.
When choosing a home renovation company in Lancashire, look for a business with a genuine local track record, clear communication and itemised written quotes rather than vague estimates. Ask how long they have operated in your area, request to see previous work, and check they specify materials and scope in writing before any work starts. A confident, established local firm should answer these questions without hesitation.
CSG Plastics & Build provides house extensions, conservatories, solid roof conversions, uPVC windows and doors, roofline (fascias, soffits and guttering), and landscaping and paving. We are based in Chorley and work across Bolton, Wigan, Preston and the wider North West, with over 15 years of specialist experience in home improvement and building work.
Every enquiry starts with a free, no obligation itemised quote based on your specific job. We visit or discuss your project, measure or assess what is needed, and provide a written breakdown so you know exactly what is included before deciding. Every job is priced to its own specification, so costs vary with size, materials and access.
Proudly Supporting Our Community
We believe in giving back to the community that has supported our business over the years. It was a humbling experience to see how our work could make such a profound difference in a deserving family’s life.
Since 2018, we’ve also been proud kit sponsors of the Chorley Bulldogs U12s rugby team, supporting the development of local young talent and community sports. We’re passionate about contributing to Chorley’s vibrant community beyond just providing home improvement services.
